Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

📦 Return Policy (Simple Explanation)

1️⃣ Return Eligibility

  • You must request a return within 7 days of delivery.

  • Each order can be returned only once.

  • The product must be unused with tags and barcode sticker intact.

Not eligible for return or refund:

  • Fabrics

  • Sale items

  • Last pieces


2️⃣ Refund Type

  • In most cases, you will NOT get money back.

  • You will receive ETOANIC E-Credit instead.

💳 ETOANIC E-Credit

  • Issued within 24 hours after pickup.

  • Sent to your email.

  • Valid for lifetime.

  • Can be used like a wallet for future purchases.

⚠️ Shipping charges are never refunded.


3️⃣ Return Pickup

  • A pickup will be arranged if you are in India.

  • Pickup happens within 7–10 working days.

  • If your pincode is not serviceable, you must self-ship the product.

📦 If you self-ship, you will receive ₹149 E-Credit after they receive the product.


4️⃣ Damaged / Missing Products

  • You must report within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Send images and details.

  • Possible outcomes:

    • Replacement

    • E-Credit

    • Full refund (only in such cases)


5️⃣ Color or Print Differences

  • Not considered damage.

  • Because products are handcrafted, small variations are normal.


6️⃣ Refund to Original Payment (Money Refund)

💰 Only given if:

  • Wrong product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered

Details:

  • Takes 20–25 working days total.

  • ₹149 deduction for money refunds.

  • Shipping charges not refunded.


7️⃣ Order Cancellation

  • Cancel before shipment.

  • If cancelled after shipping, ₹149 will be deducted.

Sale/discount items cannot be cancelled.


8️⃣ International Orders

  • No return pickup provided.

  • Customer must ship product back at their own cost.

  • Shipping & customs charges not refunded.


9️⃣ Important Notes

  • Keep package and invoice until you confirm the product is fine.

  • Products bought from other marketplaces (like Nykaa) cannot be returned through their website/store.

  • Online orders cannot be returned at physical stores.

  • The company has the final decision in disputes



    🚩 1. You Usually Don’t Get Money Back

    Most returns are NOT refunded to your bank.

    You get store credit (ETOANIC E-Credit) instead 💳
    This means:

    • You must buy again from the same brand

    • You cannot withdraw the money

    💡 Example
    If you buy a ₹2000 dress and return it, you’ll get ₹2000 E-Credit, not cash.


    🚩 2. Shipping Money Is Never Returned

    Even if you return the product:

    • Shipping charges are not refunded

    Example:

    • Product price: ₹2000

    • Shipping: ₹150

    If returned → you get ₹2000 credit only, not ₹2150.


    🚩 3. Sale Products Cannot Be Returned

    This is a very strict rule.

    ❌ No return
    ❌ No refund
    ❌ No exchange

    If the item is:

    • Sale

    • Discounted

    • Last piece

    You cannot send it back unless it is damaged.


    🚩 4. Only One Return Per Order

    If you ordered multiple items in one order, you can return only once.

    Example:

    • You buy 3 items

    • You return 1 item

    Later if you want to return another item from the same order → they may refuse it.


    🚩 5. If Your Area (PINCODE)Has No Pickup

    You must ship the product yourself 📦

    They will only give ₹149 E-Credit for shipping.

    ⚠️ Problem:
    Actual courier cost may be ₹200–₹400, so you might lose money.


    🚩 6. Damage Complaints Only Within 48 Hours

    If you receive:

    • Broken product

    • Missing item

    • Defective item

    You must report within 48 hours

    After that, they may refuse help.


    🚩 7. Color Difference Is Not Considered Damage

    If the product color looks different from the website:

    • They won’t accept it as a defect

    This is common with handmade clothing brands.


    🚩 8. Refund Takes Long

    If you qualify for a money refund, it can take:

    20–25 working days (almost 1 month).


    ⭐ My Honest Opinion

    This policy is quite strict compared to many brands.

    Main downsides:

    • No exchanges

    • Mostly store credit instead of money

    • No return for sale items

    • Shipping cost loss

    But one good thing 👍

    • E-Credit never expires (lifetime validity).
